My Thoughts:
The intro contains a few notes on the characters in the play. This audiobook has two major parts: the first is the original version, the second version is “translated” into a more modern language, so it’s easier to understand.
I like the sound effects at the beginning of scenes. The whole idea of simplifying and translating Hamlet is excellent. This audiobook is a great teaching accessory, and it is suitable mostly for scholars.
Narrated by the full cast. I didn’t like that the actors in the first part have American accents. Another minor hiccup for me was that some female actors had male roles.
Otherwise, this is a brilliant audiobook, and I would recommend it to all scholars and non-scholars who want to understand better Shakespeare and Hamlet.

William Shakespeare
William Shakespeare (bapt. 26 April 1564 – 23 April 1616) was an English playwright, poet, and actor, widely regarded as the greatest writer in the English language and the world's greatest dramatist.
He is often called England's national poet and the "Bard of Avon" (or simply "the Bard"). His extant works, including collaborations, consist of some 39 plays, 154 sonnets, three long narrative poems, and a few other verses, some of uncertain authorship. His plays have been translated into every major living language and are performed more often than those of any other playwright. They also continue to be studied and reinterpreted.
